All property reports are normalised per cycle. A full ADR audit runs across all four source formats: the IDeaS StrategicAnalysis exports place ADR, Revenue and RevPAR in different columns per file, which had distorted ADR on several hotels — ADR is now located by header and cross-checked against revenue ÷ rooms-sold on every row. Occupancy is reported on-the-books; forecast occupancy is shown where the source provides it. One source caveat: any consolidated PDF Outlook Reports carry a date axis labelled 4 days early — every figure here is built from the correctly-dated XLSX exports.
